Hi- I printed out and used your patterns for the 9x13 cozy and the 8x8 cozy. The 8x8 was perfect, however, the 9x13 was way too small. The bottom of the cozy just isn't big enough and the "handle edges"(?) are way too short. Do you have a more accurate pattern for the 9x13? Thank you

Hi, Karen. The 9x13 is only designed for use with the Anchor Hocking casserole dish. Believe it or not, every brand is slightly different. Some have straight sides, some have slanted sides, and the measurements are all over the place! If you printed the 9"x13" pattern out at 100%, it should fit the Anchor Hocking dish just about perfectly.

Let me know if this is not the case!

Ms. Pam. I so enjoy your blog and all the projects you share (free too!!) I did want to mention one thing: on the batting for the bowl cozies, you had mentioned you use Warm n Natural - WnN is not 100% cotton :( Nope! It has scrim! I was shocked when I wrote them and discovered Warm n Natural is 87% cotton/13% polymer fibers. Thought you would like to know. Thanks again for all your labors giving us such wonderful ideas, projects and freebies.

You are so right! I use Wrap N Zap now. And I caution everyone to make sure the batting they use is 100% cotton and specifically states "microwave safe". Again, thank you!!

Hi There-

I have 2 questions regarding your parmesan bread. Can I do the overnight fridge ferment for a few days? How will that change the flavor, hopefully increasing sour but I've never used parm before.

Also, did you sprinkle parmesan on the top of your bread to make that gloss?

Hi, Amy. I’m not sure about the answer to your first question as I’ve never tried that but my best guess is that you can do the overnight ferment over the course of a few days.

And I did not sprinkle Parmesan on top of the bread. The dough is spritzed with water before going into the oven and that is what helps to give it the beautiful coloring.

I hope this helps!
