So, I was searching the web looking for baby items to crochet when I ran across these crocheted ottoman/pouf/hassock patterns. There are some great designs and tutorials out there, but below is a collection of a few of my favorites. And the best part, each one provides instructions on how to crochet the ottoman.
Free Crochet Floor Pouf Pattern
The first ottoman and instructions I’d kike to share with you is this easy to crochet Floor Pouf from Twin Dragonfly Designs. The finished size for this pour is about 3′ x 2-1/2′.
Stylish Pouf
This Stylish Pouf is another easy to crochet pattern. Instead of stuffing the pouf or ottoman with poly, you simply use a child’s bean bag chair. This is a free downloadable PDF pattern from Redheart.
Porch Pouf
This is a small ottoman that is kid-sized and the finished height is only 6″. But if you’re looking for an easy project to start with, this Porch Pouf pattern from Pickles will fit the bill.
This Argyle Bean Bag Ottoman from Redheart is just absolutely adorable. I mean, who doesn’t like the look of argyle? This pattern is a little more difficult than the others, but out think it will be so worth the effort!
So there you have it! Four Fashionable Crochet Ottomans worth crocheting. Whether you call it a pouf, ottoman, hassock or footstool, you have to admit these are not only adorable and fashionable, but functional too!
Be sure to visit each of the above websites for complete instructions. I think my favorite is the argyle pattern, what’s yours? If you make or have made any of these, I’d love to hear about it!
Til next time…
