Vintage Easter Cards
Aren’t these Beatrix Potter vintage illustrations just adorable? I actually did some searching on one of my favorite sources for vintage illustrations for “rabbits”, when I came across these illustrations from Beatrix Potter’s Peter Rabbit. If you’re not familiar with Beatrix Potter, you can read about her here.
When our oldest daughter was born, I decorated her room, including making crib bumpers, out of some Peter Rabbit fabric I found at a local fabric store. I just loved the soft tones of the designs! It seemed perfect for a nursery.
I created two cards for you. One reads “Happy Easter” and the other reads “Hoppy Easter.” The “o” in Hoppy was not a mistake, by the way. I thought it was a fun play on words. These cards really are just too cute and very appropriate for Easter. I think they’ll make great cards regardless of the age of the recipient.
