These thoughtful gardening gift ideas are perfect for Mother’s Day gift giving for the mom who loves gardening. Gardener and gardening gift ideas.
These gardening gift ideas are perfect for not only Mother’s Day, but for gift giving for anyone who loves gardening and are perfect for just about any occasion.
For the first time in many years, I started some flower and herb seeds indoors. My husband bought me the little seed starter tray and seed starter soil. I picked out my seeds and have them all planted.
Now we play the waiting game. I hope to report to you in a few weeks that I have beautiful seedlings. Time will certainly tell!
When I got through planting my seeds, of course, I had some seeds leftover. Then I wondered what on earth to do with my leftover seeds. I certainly didn’t want to just throw them away.
Well, within a few days of my new gardening venture, I received an email from Etsy with some Mother’s Day gift ideas. I scrolled down to the very bottom of that newsletter and I discovered an adorable handmade Gardener’s Seed Box. What a clever, thoughtful and beautiful idea!
Of course, my curiosity got the best of me and I did a little search on Amazon to see what else I could find to help with my gardening. I was really wanting a gardening journal. I thought about just creating my own by simply making some notes in a little notebook.
Then I thought, why not use a large recipe box (similar to the Gardener’s Seed Box I found on Etsy)? I could create some dividers and even create some printable cards that I could keep track of what I planted, the results and maybe even some notes to help with future gardening. My mind just races with ideas sometimes.
But, before I get too far ahead of myself, I want to share with you some of these very thoughtful gardening gift ideas. Like I said, these gift ideas are perfect for Mother’s Day or for any occasion for anyone who loves gardening.
