boiled eggs

I use my Instant Pot to boil eggs all the time. I not only like to eat boiled eggs with a little bit of salt and pepper, but I also use them in all sorts of dishes: salads, potato salad, chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad – you get the idea!

Actually, that’s making me hungry for chicken salad. Do you ever make chicken salad and eat it over a bed of lettuce? Oh, it’s perfectly yummy!

Making boiled eggs in your electric pressure cooker takes about 15 minutes. That’s about 5 minutes to build up pressure, 5 minutes of cook time and 5 minutes to let off steam. Perfectly cooked boiled eggs – without the mess – in 15 minutes!

I actually have this steamer basket, but I’m not crazy about it because it’s a little difficult to remove without burning yourself. What I’d really recommend is a steamer basket like this one with a handle.
