Enjoy these free printable vintage map inspired masculine gift tags and labels!
I knew this past week would go by quickly and it did! Isn’t that always what happens when you’re enjoying yourself? I shared with you last week that our son had recently returned home from deployment and was here this week visiting family and friends in Ohio. We were so glad to see our son home safely.
A visit from our son also meant that we got to spend time with our two-year-old granddaughters. They are such a joy and so very, very full of energy! Our little Cora broke her leg going down a slide at the playground the week before they came for a visit. She really gets around well considering! I mean, really well! She’s not able to walk or stand on her casted leg, but that doesn’t stop her from scooting, rolling, crawling or climbing with one leg!
Just too sweet! I can’t seem to get enough of their little antics or their hugs.
But, as I shared last week, my husband and I are preparing our Christmas gift making list. We have a few ideas of things to make for the kids and grandkids, but it’s always harder coming up with ideas for our sons. So, I shared with you a list of 25 handmade gift ideas for men. I’m going to be incorporating a few of these handmade gift ideas into our handmade gift giving this year. I hope the list inspired you to do the same!
You know, it just seems to be a woman’s world when it comes to not only handmade gifts, but gift tags and décor as well. So, I thought I’d help in that area as well and created some printable masculine gift tags. Today, I’m sharing not one, but two sets of vintage map inspired masculine gift tags.
Vintage Map Inspired Masculine Gift Tags
This first set of Vintage Map Inspired Masculine Gift Tags are 2”x3-1/2”. They are designed for use with Avery’s 22802 Printable Tags. You do not, however, have to use the Avery 22802 Printable Tags – they just make the process a whole lot easier and saves you time from having to cut out the tags (fast and convenient)! You could simply print out the labels on cardstock (I don’t recommend you use regular printer paper), cut out with scissors and punch a hole in the top for your string or ribbon.
This set includes three pages in PDF format with 12 different maps or 24 gift tags in all!
Vintage Map Inspired Masculine Gift Tag Labels
The second set of Vintage Map Inspired Masculine Gift Tags are 2” round. They are designed for use with Avery’s 22807 Printable Labels. Avery’s 22807 are actually print-to-edge labels and not gift tags. Like the gift tags above, you can print either using the Avery 22807 labels or print on nice card stock and then cut out the round gift tags. If you have a 2” round punch, you could use that as well.
The gift tags were created using actual vintage maps that I downloaded as part of the New York Public Library’s Digital Collection. These books and images are all part of the public domain and absolutely no worry about copyright infringement. Just so you know!
