Happy Motivational Monday!
Today is the last day of February and tomorrow, obviously, the first day of March. Which means, Spring is just around the corner! {And if it's not, please don't tell me.}
We have a lot going on in our family, as do a lot families. Sometimes the challenges can be stressful and rob us of our joy. We (and by "we", I really mean "I") get so wrapped up in our problems that we lose our focus. I don't know about you, but I just can't afford to lose my focus. My focus is my family and being the best wife, mom, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend that I can be to those I care about. I can't function at my best when my mind is somewhere else.
Norman Vincent Peale has been quoted as saying, change your thoughts and you change your world.
The words we speak and the thoughts we dwell on all hold power over us. If we want to conquer our worries and replace our pessimistic thoughts with optimistic thoughts, we really do have to learn to change our thoughts. By changing our thoughts, we really can change our world!
In an effort to keep myself on track and accountable for replacing my worries and pessimistic thoughts with uplifting and encouraging thoughts that bring about positive change in my life, I will be sharing a series of Motivational Monday motivational posters with you on Instagram. So, if you struggle with the tendency to worry or have negative thoughts, come follow me on Instagram so I can encourage you through these motivational posters.
And just maybe, we'll make a difference by encouraging one another one person at a time. Come join me on Instagram on Mondays, won't you? Here's hoping I'll see you there!
By the way, to download an 8-½ x 11 printable version of this Change poster, click on the image above or click here. This will take you to Box where you can download a PDF version of this print.
Til next time...
