Believe it or not, but I’m really sticking to this whole eating healthier journey that I’ve begun. My weight loss has been at a stand still for a couple of weeks, but I actually saw the scales move again yesterday – down 1-1/2 pounds. I’ll take it! The weather has also been a little nicer here in Ohio the past couple of days, so I’ve been able to walk Remo. He loves it and I love it!
Something else that I have really come to like is an app called My Fitness Pal. This handy little app helps you to keep track of your diet, nutrition and exercise goals. One of the coolest features is the recipe finder. You can search for an entree from Applebee’s or enter your own recipe. It’s really become a valuable tool for me to use to help meet and maintain my goals.
