Patriotic Thank You Note Cards are perfect for expressing our gratitude to those who have or are currently serving on Veterans Day or anytime.
Veterans Day 2020 is Thursday, November 11, 2020. There's no time like the present to remember those who have served or who are currently serving in our military.
My husband and I never thought we'd be a "military family." Neither he nor I, nor our parents actually served in the military. So, how is is that three of our seven children have or are serving in the military?
Phillip was the first to enlist. He served as a Combat Medic in the Army. Our son Brandon followed Phil, because, after all, if the Army was good enough for Phil, it was good enough for Brandon. Brandon still serves in the Army National Guard here in Ohio.
Kristen was the biggest surprise of all. She is our youngest daughter and she serves in the US Navy as an air traffic controller. We are super proud of all our kids.
I also have a list a mile long of family members like my two brothers, many nieces and nephews, uncles and two brothers-in-law - one of which who served in Vietnam in the Army.
Regardless of where they served, all veterans deserve our respect and heartfelt gratitude. They may have never seen the ugly side of war like my brother Rickey or my brother-in-law Wayne did, but they were and are willing to put their lives on the line so that you and I can live free in the United States of America. That's pretty amazing!!
Patriotic Thank You Note Cards
So, I put together this set of note cards so you and I could take a moment to say thank you to those who have served or are still serving. If you or someone in your family has or is serving, please extend a sincere and heartfelt "thank you for your service" from my husband and me.
I'm calling these "Patriotic Thank You Note Cards" simply because they have a picture of an American flag on the front and they say "thank you." You really could use them for any occasion.
Sometimes, it's really nice to show our gratitude and appreciation for people for absolutely no reason other than to simply say, "thank you".
