INGREDIENTS:
To prepare your No Bake Cookies, you’ll need oats, cocoa, butter, vanilla extract, salt, peanut butter, sugar and milk. Probably ingredients that you already have on hand in your kitchen or pantry.
EQUIPMENT:
You really only need a saucepan, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a heat resistant spatula or wooden spoon, cookie scoop and a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
DIRECTIONS:
Step One: Dissolve and Boil
Essentially, you combine the butter, sugar, milk, cocoa and salt and bring to a boil. Stir constantly and let it boil for one minute.
Step Two: Add Peanut Butter
Once the sugar mixture has boiled for one minute (don’t rush it), remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until completed incorporated and the peanut butter has melted. Then add the oats and stir to combine.
Step Three: Form the Cookies
Use either a cookie scoop or two tablespoons to scoop out the cookies mixture and drop onto parchment paper lined cooke sheets. Allow to cool completely.
